Since the collection and sustainable management of water is part of many of the principles in LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, for its acronym in English), the use of the Urban Line Systems can award up to 12 points LEED.

The WHO (World Health Organization) indicates that there should be 8 m2 of green area per inhabitant, however many cities in the region are far below that standard. The presence of vegetation in cities has a regulating effect on temperature and humidity. It also acts as an acoustic barrier: the floor blocks the low frequency sounds and the plants block the high frequency sounds. It is of great benefit for human health, since 1 m2 of green area generates the oxygen required by a person throughout the year. In addition, that m2 can trap 130 g of dust per year. The plants filter pollutants and CO2 from the air, and with the design quality that ANDEX offers, its aesthetic impact is enhanced.
